If I'm not happy with the estimated price, can I cancel?

If you are not satisfied with the appraisal amount, you can cancel.
We also do not charge any cancellation fees, so please feel free to contact us.

How much can I pay in cash?

There is no upper limit on cash payments, so you can donate as much as you like.

How do I pay if the purchase is completed?

Payment will be by bank transfer or cash.

Do I need an appointment?

No. If you would like to make a reservation in advance, please call us. TEL: 0120-803-725

What are your business hours?

Our hours are from 11:00am to 7:00pm. We can accommodate outside of these hours upon request. *Varies depending on store.

What do I need when purchasing?

Please bring one of the following: driver's license, health insurance card, My Number card, or passport.

I don't have the warranty card, box, or storage bag. Can you still buy it?

We can buy at high prices!

■About mail-order purchases

Once I pack the item, how should I send it?

Once you have finished packing, please contact us. A Sagawa driver will come to collect your package. Please send it to us cash on delivery. We will cover all shipping costs.

How long will it take to get the results of the assessment?

Once we receive your order, payment will be completed within 2 business days.

If I request a return using mail-order purchase, do I have to pay for the shipping?

The cost will be borne by our company. Please feel free to contact us.
