Procedure for home delivery purchase
Delivery kit arrives
We will send you a delivery kit. Please check the cardboard box that contains the packing materials, cash-on-delivery slip, and purchase application form.

Please pack the items you wish to have appraised in a cardboard box and enclose the "Delivery Purchase Application Form" and a "copy of your ID." The delivery kit will include a cash-on-delivery slip. Please attach the slip and request collection.

Notification of assessment results
Once we receive your item, we will inform you of the appraisal result by email or phone on the same day. Please rest assured that we will purchase your item within the guaranteed price.
Purchase completed
If you are satisfied with the estimated price, the purchase is completed. We will transfer the money within 3 business days.

If you have had repairs done before, please send the certificate or invoice together with the item or bring it to the store. The appraisal value may increase. Please rest assured that there is no need for you to do maintenance beforehand, as we can provide it at a low cost.
